I created this space to help overwhelmed women finally take a little time for themselves again in a calm private one-to-one environment.
After becoming a mum myself, I realised how many women were constantly looking after everyone else while putting themselves completely last.
Between busy schedules, mental load and everyday life, so many women forget to slow down and properly care for themselves too.
That’s why I created Kay’s Sanctuary - a calm private one-to-one beauty space designed to help women feel comfortable, relaxed and genuinely looked after.
For me, treatments are about so much more than beauty.
They’re about confidence, switching off, self-care and finally taking a moment to breathe again.
