Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or arranged by messaging me directly through my social media pages.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.

As appointments are reserved especially for you, bookings are non-refundable.

​

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring advance payment.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours before lash lift, brow lamination, tint and Collagen Lift treatments.

This helps ensure the products and treatments are suitable for you before your appointment.

Arriving For Your Appointment

Please arrive at your appointment time where possible as I may be with another client beforehand.

If you are running late, please message me as soon as possible.

Bringing Children To Appointments

To help maintain a calm relaxing environment for all clients, I kindly ask that appointments are attended alone where possible.

Home-Based Treatment Space

Kay’s Sanctuary is a calm private home-based treatment space located in Heeley, Sheffield.

Many clients love the quiet one-to-one atmosphere as it feels much more relaxing and personal than a busy salon environment.

Parking

Free on-street parking is available nearby.

Health Information

Please inform me before your appointment if you are pregnant, have any allergies, medical conditions or are currently taking medication that may affect your treatment.

Treatment Suitability

Treatments may be refused if they are considered unsuitable, unsafe or if the necessary patch testing and consultation requirements have not been completed.
